Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Granite United Way (VC#160015), Manchester, NH, to continue providing substance use disorder information and call referral services statewide through the use of 2-1-1 NH, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $485,000 from $1,247,500 to $1,732,500 and extending the completion date from September 29, 2026 to September 29, 2027, effective September 30, 2026, upon Governor and Council approval.
