Authorize to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the New Hampshire Judicial Branch, Concord, NH, in the amount of $1,050,000 to increase the capacity of Family Treatment Court to ensure early access to family-centered treatment for families impacted by substance use disorder (SUD) and involved with the Division of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF); and expand Mental Health Court services statewide, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional years, effective upon Governor and Council approval through September 29, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
