Pursuant to the provisions of RSA 14:30-a, VI, authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Commissioner, to accept and expend $334,825 from the federal Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Child Care Supplemental Non-Disaster Discretionary funds American Relief Act of 2025, to supplement the State’s Child Care Development Fund program effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2027, and authorize the allocation of these funds in the account(s) below. 100% Federal Funds.
