Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Justice (DOJ) to amend an existing subgrant with the Belmont Police Department, Belmont, NH, (Vendor #177361-B001), for the Comprehensive, Opioid, Stimulant, Substance Abuse Site-based Program (COSSAP), from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, by increasing the price limitation amount by $7,453.86 from $433,992.12 to $441,445.98, with no change to the completion date, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through September 30, 2026.
