Description
Authorize the Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education Support, to accept and expend Individuals with Disabilities Education Act/American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 funds in the amount of $59,028 for students with disabilities, from the United States Department of Education, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
