Pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, authorize to accept and expend Individuals with Disabilities Education Act/American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 funds in the amount of $386,196 for students with disabilities, from the United States Department of Education, effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approvals through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
