Authorize to amend a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan agreement with the North Conway Water Precinct, NH (VC #154445 B001) to increase the loan amount by $150,000, from $600,000 to $750,000 for the Landfill Leachate Per-and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) Treatment project, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and N.H. Code of Admin. Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq., effective upon Governor & Council approval. The original loan agreement was approved by Governor & Council on January 31, 2024, as Item No. 107 archived document . 100% Federal Funds.
