Authorize a grant to Rockwood Terrace Homeowners Association, Manchester, NH in the amount not to exceed $397,546 to finance the interconnection to a larger municipal public water supply to remediate per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), effective upon Governor & Council approval through December 31, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
