Authorize to award an Aquatic Resource Mitigation (ARM) Fund grant to The Nature Conservancy of New Hampshire (“TNC”), Concord, NH in the amount of $142,330 for the purpose of preserving and enhancing 31-acres of land in Northumberland, NH, effective upon Governor and Council approval through December 31, 2032. Hunting and fishing will be permissible uses on the property. 100% ARM Funds.
