Pursuant to RSA 94:3, the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources requests approval to authorize a salary increment for Ms. Adele Sicilia, Director of the Arts. A salary increase is requested for Ms. Adele Sicilia’s Position, 9U130, in the amount of $4,755.00 from a current salary Labor Grade DD, Step 6 $96,735.00 to salary Labor Grade DD, Step 7 $101,490.00 effective August 25, 2026, upon Governor and Executive Council approval. 100% General Funds.
