Authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation to Retroactively amend an existing contract with Ray’s Electric & General Contracting, Inc. (VC #154714), Berlin, NH for the construction of a new Recreational Vehicle (RV) campground at Jericho Mountain State Park, Berlin, NH by extending the completion date from May 30, 2026 to July 10, 2026, with no change to the price limitation of $2,469,344.32, effective upon Governor and Executive Council. The original contract was approved by Governor and Executive Council on September 25, 2024, Item #114 archived document , and amended on October 15, 2025, Item 5C archived document . 100% Federal Funds.
