Pursuant to RSA 21-I:80, (b), authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation, Cannon Mountain to enter a contract with GW Tatro Construction Inc. (VC #160411), Jeffersonville, VT in the amount of $45,955 for labor and materials required for the Upper Ravine Trail snowmaking line replacement at Cannon Mountain Ski Area effective upon Governor and Council approval through September 15, 2026. 100% Cannon Mountain Capital Improvement Fund.
