Authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Historical Resources, to award a Certified Local Government grant to the City of Portsmouth (VC #177463), in the amount of $27,000 to hire a qualified consultant to prepare individual inventory forms for properties within the City’s locally regulated historic district effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through September 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funding.
