Authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Historical Resources, to award a Certified Local Government grant to the City of Somersworth (VC #177476), in the amount of $18,000 to hire a qualified consultant to prepare design guidelines for new construction in their locally regulated historic district effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through September 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funding.
