Authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Historical Resources, to award a Certified Local Government grant to the Town of Newington (VC #154394), in the amount of $10,000 to hire a qualified consultant to prepare strategic planning products for the Town’s two locally regulated historic districts effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through September 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funding.
