Authorize the Office of the Commissioner to enter into a grant agreement with Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire, Epping, NH in the amount of $200,000, for the purpose of the purchase of a conservation easement in the town of Rochester, NH. Effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027. The property is active farmland; hunting may be allowed at landowner discretion. There are no bodies of water on the property for fishing. 100% General Funds
