Authorize the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA), under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, to award a grant to the Town of Lisbon (VC#177425) 45 School Street, Lisbon, New Hampshire 03585, in the amount of $500,000 on behalf of the Boys & Girls Club of Central and Northern NH to support the Lisbon Boys & Girls Club HVAC Improvements project located at 2572 Route 302, Lisbon, New Hampshire, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2028. 100% federal funds
