Authorize the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA), under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, to award a grant to the Town of Lisbon (VC#177425) 45 School Street, Lisbon, New Hampshire 03585, in the amount of $500,000 on behalf of Affordable Housing, Education and Development (AHEAD) to support the AHEAD Lisbon Inn Rehabilitation project located at 40 South Main Street, Lisbon, New Hampshire, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2028. 100% federal funds.
