Authorize the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA), under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, to award a grant to the County of Sullivan, (VC:999859189) 5 Nursing Home Drive, 1100 County Offices, Unity, New Hampshire, in the amount of $533,900 for the purpose of supporting Regional Economic Development Corporation (REDC) to provide microenterprise training and technical assistance, direct grants and down payment assistance, and lending capital to micro businesses, upon Governor and Council approval for the period effective through December 31, 2027. 100% federal funds.
