Authorize the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA), under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, to award a grant to the City of Keene (VC#177417) 3 Washington Street, Keene, New Hampshire 03431, in the amount of $500,000 on behalf of The Community Kitchen (TCK) to support The Community Kitchen Capital Improvements project located at 37 Mechanic Street, Keene, New Hampshire, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2028. 100% federal funds.
