Authorize the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA), under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, to award a grant to the City of Keene (VC#177417) 3 Washington Street, Keene, New Hampshire 03431, in the amount of $500,000 on behalf of Monadnock Affordable Housing Corporation (MAHC) and Keene Housing to support the 657 Marlboro Street Rehabilitation project located at 657 Marlboro Street, Keene, New Hampshire, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2028. 100% federal funds.
