Authorize the Department of Information Technology, on behalf of the Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Coforge Inc. (VC #165248), Princeton, NJ, for DMV Municipal Agent Automation Platform (MAAP) and Justice Information Bureau (JIB} Consulting Development Services, by increasing the price limitation by $570,860.00 from $12,297,375.00 to $12,868,235.00, with no change to the contract completion date of August 31, 2027, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval. 100% Capital Funds.
