Authorize the Bureau of Asset Management Performance and Strategy to retroactively amend Contract number 2019-075 with Deighton Associates Ltd, (Vendor #176559) of Ontario, Canada for the Asset Analytics and Forecasting System, to exercise the State’s option for a 4-year extension (as DoIT contract number DOIT #2019-075A DOT Asset Analytics and Forecasting) and to increase the contract amount by $542,547.08, from $975,599.00 to $1,518,146.08 effective upon Governor and Council approval through January 31, 2030. Governor and Council approved the original agreement on February 19th, 2020 (Item #20) archived document . No new task orders have been assigned since the expiration of the contract. 100% Federal Funds.
