Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (the Department) to pay an amount not to exceed $15,000 to Carroll County Retired & Senior Volunteer Program of Conway, NH, to upgrade its demand response (volunteer driver program) with RideSheet software and up to five years of technical assistance, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2030. 100% Federal Funds.
