Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to award a grant to the City of Manchester, NH, for AIP 148, to update the Airport Master Plan (AMP) with an Airport Geographic Information System (AGIS/18B) survey for the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. State and Federal participation in the amount of $2,174,013 is effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 13, 2030. 94.7% Federal Funds, 5.3% State Funds.
