Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to award a grant to the Pease Development Authority, for AIP 82, to reconstruct, light and mark a portion of Taxiway A (Phase V) and the South Hold apron (Phase II) at the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease. State and Federal participation in the amount of $6,138,764 is effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 11, 2030. 97.4% Federal Funds, 2.6% State Funds.
