Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to award a grant to the City of Lebanon, NH, for Airport Improvement Program (AIP) 81, to construct an extension to Taxiway A (Phase VII) at the Lebanon Municipal Airport. State and Federal participation in the amount of $4,521,845 is effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 7, 2030. 97.4% Federal Funds, 2.6% State Funds.
