Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell 7.58 acres ± of State-owned land comprised of two parcels situated on NH Route 111 (a/k/a Salem Road), easterly of Range Road and westerly of Rockingham Road in the Town of Windham, County of Rockingham. The requested sale is the result of a sealed bid in which all direct abutters were invited to bid on the subject parcels. The sale will be made directly to Joe Armano, who made the strongest offer and has agreed to purchase the land at fair market value for $300,000.00.
