Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit, to accept and expend revenue in the amount of $1,000,000 from a Forest Economy Program (FEP) Grant from Northern Borders Regional Commission (NBRC), to fund revitalization of the state-owned rail facility located in Whitefield, New Hampshire, transforming it into a small-scale transload hub for interstate and intrastate transport of commercial forest products, upon the date of Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval, through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
