Description
In accordance with the requirements approved by Governor and Executive Council on February 11, 2026 (Item #6) archived document , DOT is submitting an annual accounting of payments made during fiscal year 2026 to The Conservation Fund for in-lieu mitigation fees pursuant to the Federal Endangered Species Act, 16 U.S.C. 1531 eq seq. (ESA), for DOT construction projects and maintenance activities requiring unavoidable impacts to northern long-eared bats and/or their habitats.
