Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract (Contract# 8003798) with Romik Developers LLC, Berlin, NH, for equipment rental with operator services with a requested price limitation in amount up to and not to exceed $1,000,000.00 effective upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council through February 28, 2027.
