Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a Retroactive, Sole Source amendment to an existing contract (Contract #8003458) with Romik Developers LLC, Berlin, NH, for equipment rental with operator services, by increasing the price limitation by $278,843.66 from $167,751.11 to an amount up to and not to exceed $446,594.77 and no change to the contract completion date, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval retroactive to October 18, 2024 through February 28, 2027. The original contract (Contract #8003458) was approved by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services on May 7, 2024.
