Authorize the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract (Contract #8003615) with Pelmac Industries, Inc., Auburn, NH, for alarm & access control maintenance & monitoring services, to add two locations and increase the price limitation by $178,653.01 from $50,000.00 to an amount up to and not to exceed $228,653.01 with no change to the contract completion date, effective upon the Governor and Executive Council approval through December 31, 2027. The original contract was approved by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services on January 2, 2025.
