Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with New Horizons Learning, LLC dba New Horizons (VC#345551), Boston, MA in an approximate amount up to and not to exceed $3,000,000.00 for Managed Learning Services with the option to extend for two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through October 31, 2030.
