Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with Eastern Metal of Elmira, Inc., Elmira, NY in an amount up to and not to exceed $343,869.61 for Traffic Control Devices with the option to extend for up to an additional two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through January 31, 2031.
