1. Authorize the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Lavallee Brensinger PLLC (dba Lavallee Brensinger Architects), Manchester, New Hampshire, by increasing the price limitation by $117,500 for a total price not to exceed $1,276,382 (Project Number 81198 Contract A) for design and construction administrative services for the Rochester Circuit Court Replacement-Design in Rochester, New Hampshire. This contract is effective upon Governor and Council approval through the completion, estimated to be August 31, 2026, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $5,000 be approved for unanticipated project expenses. 100% Capital Funds. 3.
