Authorize the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) to enter into a amendment to an existing Sole Source contract (Contract #8003310) with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc ,(VC#176214), Redlands, CA, for geographic information systems software and training services by increasing the price limitation by $2,385,869.17 from $2,114,130.83 to an amount up to and not to exceed $4,500,000.00 with no change to the contract completion date, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through October 31, 2028.
