Authorize to award a Sole Source grant agreement with City of Portsmouth, Portsmouth, NH, in the amount of $776,653 for the development and implementation of an opioid abatement program, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional years, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2028. 100% Other Funds (Opioid Abatement Trust Fund).
