Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Commissioner, to accept and expend $76,149 from the federal Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Head Start, to fund the State’s Head Start Collaborative, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through February 28, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
