Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Justice (DOJ) to amend an existing subgrant with Londonderry Police Department, Londonderry, NH for the Comprehensive, Opioid, Stimulant, Substance Abuse Site-based Program (COSSAP) from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance for the purpose of continuing to fund enhancements to the Prevention, Enforcement, and Treatment Program (PET), by increasing price limitation by $45,000 from $183,819.90 to $228,819.90, with no change to the completion date, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through September 30, 2026.
