Authorize to enter into a contract with The Water Techs, Inc. of Derry, NH, in the amount of $440,000 to provide treated water for residences and communities served by contaminated drinking water wells with the option to renew for one additional year, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2030. 41% DWG Trust Fund, 32% Petroleum Reimbursement Fund, 18% Oil Pollution Control Fund, and 9% Hazardous Waste Cleanup Fund.
