Authorize to enter into a SOLE SOURCE Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH in the amount of $37,078 to update NHDES Source Water Assessments for all community water systems throughout New Hampshire, effective upon Governor and Council approval through December 31, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
