Authorize to retroactively amend a grant to the City of Claremont by extending the completion date to December 31, 2027, from June 1, 2026, for water system improvements to include phased replacement of water main, lead service lines, valves, hydrants, and associated service within the Claremont water distribution system, effective retroactively to June 2, 2026, upon G&C approval.
