Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the University of New Hampshire, Sponsored Program Administration, Durham, NH, in the amount of $9,957 to perform laboratory analysis of shellfish samples for Vibrio parahaemolyticus (a naturally occurring bacteria) presence and genetic characteristics, effective upon Governor and Council approval, through December 31, 2026. 100% General Funds.
