Authorize to enter into a SOLE SOURCE agreement with the University of New Hampshire, Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH, in the amount of $92,000 to finalize and publish the 2025-2026 NH Coastal Flood Risk Summary and support the Flood Ready Neighborhoods program, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
