Authorize to retroactively amend a contract with Underwood Engineers, Inc. of Portsmouth, NH to conduct a seacoast interconnection study for public drinking water systems, by extending the completion date to December 31, 2026, from December 31, 2025, effective retroactive to December 31, 2025, upon Governor & Council approval through December 31, 2026. This is a no-cost time extension. The original contract was approved by the Governor and Council on February 21, 2024, Item #101, archived document . 100% Federal Funds.
