Authorize the loan agreement with the Newfields Village Water and Sewer District, Newfields, NH in an amount not to exceed $2,900,000 to finance well exploration, installation of a new production well and design, permitting and construction of any necessary facilities to accommodate the new well source under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and N.H. Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. effective upon Governor & Council approval. 91% Federal Funds, 9% General Funds.
