Authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (DNCR), Division of Historical Resources (DHR), to exercise a contract renewal option (Contract # 2022-127), with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB), Albany , NY, for the DNCR-Digital Online User Generated Review and Compliance System, and amend the contract by increasing the price limitation by $123,752 from $750,709 to $874,461, and by extending the completion date from July 31, 2026 to July 31, 2029 effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval.
