Authorize to retroactively amend an existing agreement with 310 Marlboro Street, LLC, Keene, NH , by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with no change to the price limitation of $3,000,000, in order to complete their project as part of the InvestNH Capital Grant Housing Program. Effective upon G&C approval.
