Authorize to retroactively amend an existing agreement with Mountain View Mill at Troy, LLC, Troy, NH (last amended by G&C on June 4, 2025, item #5I, archived document ), to extend the completion date from December 31, 2025 to May 31, 2028, with no change to the price limitation of $948,000, in order to complete their project as part of the InvestNH Capital Grant Housing Program.
